Immerse yourself in a tranquil 2-hour wellness journey beneath the stunning night sky of Lord Howe Island, led by Nikki Belliveau of Lord Howe Yoga.

Connect with the vastness of the cosmos and the stillness within as we blend gentle yoga, mindful breathwork, meditation, and grounding wellbeing practices. Through cosmic storytelling, we’ll inspire a sense of awe and connection, inviting you to reflect on the profound interweaving of all things in the universe. This unique experience will leave you feeling deeply calm, refreshed, and at peace.

This event will take place on the ‘Top Grass’ at Neds Beach. Should unsuitable weather be forecasted, it will be held at the Anglican Hall opposite Joy’s Shop
