Dark Dining returns with a bold new chapter at The Golfy on Lord Howe Island, featuring guest celebrity chef Josh Lewis of La Casita. Known for his vibrant, produce-driven cooking, Josh brings his signature approach to a specially designed four course Mexican-inspired menu created exclusively for this immersive dining event.

In a communal, darkened setting, your senses of taste, smell and texture take the lead. Without the distraction of sight, each dish reveals itself gradually — encouraging curiosity, conversation and a deeper connection to the food in front of you.

Expect a playful, behind-the-scenes look into the mind of a working kitchen as Chef Josh shares the inspiration, techniques and stories behind each course. This is not a traditional restaurant experience — it’s raw, interactive, and deliciously unpredictable.
