In this thrilling live cooking event, our talented Island chefs will go head-to-head in a culinary showdown celebrating creativity, local flavours and a dash of island flair.

Each chef will bring their own flair to the grill, showcasing their creativity and skill as they transform fresh, local ingredients into dishes that celebrate the spirit of Lord Howe Island. With the aroma of island produce drifting through the air and plenty of good-natured banter, it’s sure to be a feast for the senses — and a highlight of the festival.
