Join professor Fred Watson and Marnie Ogg for a relaxed twilight gathering as day gives way to night and the first stars start coming out.

Over a drink and some nibbles we’ll explore the beauty of twilight. Why does the sky glow after sunset? How does light shape our lives? And what happens to people, wildlife and the night sky as darkness arrives?

Part science, part storytelling and entirely informal, it’s the perfect way to begin an evening under Lord Howe’s dark skies.
